I think both Hard word & Smart work are closely related with each other. Both are done with the aim to achieve the desired output. But Smartwork is a more Systematic and refined manner of hardwork.
Hard work and smart work they are both interrelated since they both aim on how to tackle the situation and get the good results from it.
Hard work it requires struggle dedication and time to achieve the results.
Smart work requires less struggle and less time to achieve the results.
Hard work requires time and efforts.
Smart work reduces time and efforts.
Hard work requires energy and much time and effort while Smart work requires high intelligence and fast thinking with accuracy.
