My short term goal is to be placed in your company to enhance my skill and knowledge.
Long term goal is I want to see myself handling bunch of people and consider as a valuable assets for the company and be a part of the success of the company.
My short term goal is to get a job in good organisation like yours and long term goal is to be in a respectable position in that organisation.
