1. Candidates can rearrange/delete options till 5 PM on 10th July 2013.
2. The allotment in the first phase result will be published on 11th July 2013.
3. Those candidates who receive allotment can remit the Tuition Fee/Token Fee in selected branches of State Bank of Travancore on 12th,13thJuly 2013.
4. Those who do not remit fee in the specified time will lose their existing allotment.
5. Candidates receiving allotment for all courses shall take admission in the colleges on 15th,16th,17th July 2013.
6. Those candidates who do not take admission in the specified time will lose existing allotment.

The candidates who have taken admission as per the first phase of allotment and wish to cancel their admission can submit their ‘request for cancellation’ online through their homepage by clicking the “KEAM-2013 Admission Cancellation” link from 07.07.2013 to 08.07.2013. A print out of the online cancellation request has to be taken, signed by the candidate and parent, attested by the Principal of the College where admission was taken and forwarded to the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Housing Board Buildings, Santhinagar, Thiruvananthapuram-695 001, so as to reach the office on or before 5.00 pm on 09.07.2013 by speed post or by hand delivery. Such candidates will lose their current allotment and all higher options and will not be considered for the 2nd allotment. Request for cancellation received by fax or email will not be considered on any account. Request for re-consideration of allotment or options lost consequent to cancellation also will not be considered. No cancellation is permissible to students allotted to Private Self-financing Engineering Colleges after 09.07.2013.
