A print out of the online cancellation request has to be taken, signed by the candidate and parent, attested by the Principal of the College where admission was taken and forwarded to the Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Housing Board Buildings, Santhinagar, Thiruvananthapuram-695 001, so as to reach the office on or before 5.00 pm on 09.07.2013 by speed post or by hand delivery. Such candidates will lose their current allotment and all higher options and will not be considered for the 2nd allotment. Request for cancellation received by fax or email will not be considered on any account. Request for re-consideration of allotment or options lost consequent to cancellation also will not be considered. No cancellation is permissible to students allotted to Private Self-financing Engineering Colleges after 09.07.2013.
