FranConnect Interview Experience 2013 @ CGC | FranConnect Placement Process

FranConnect came in Chandigarh Group of College, Landran on 7 january 2013 for hiring.

There were around 200 students there.

The first round of the Placement was Written test(Objective) 50 questions:-
This test around 10 question related to G.k. like who is Founder of HCl, Who is Shiv Nadar, Kindle is which company Product.
This test also aptitude questions, 1 or 2 questions of reasoning. Then last section was consists of English Questions.

Then around 100 students eliminated in this round.

The Next round was technical Test. This question Consists of 60 MCQs relating to C,C++,Java,DBMS and Networking.

After this round they Short Listed around 30 Students.

Then There was techical Interview Round:-

They asked questions like:-

2.Which is your favourite subject?
3.What are properties of OOPS?
4.What is Abstraction?
5.What is Encapsulation?
6.What are two Types of Polymorphism?
7.What ORDER BY do in DBMS?
8.What is Normalization?
9.Write a program to Print the pattern

Written (Aptitude and Technical) 
HR Interview

In the ppt they briefly introduced about the Company. what it does, what are its moral values, Its branches over the globe and about its client.
Please listen the PPT very carefully and also note down some important points.

After the PPT there is a Aptitude test.It is very easy. Most of the aptitude questions are from RS Agarwal and technical questions are Programming question and some other basic questions from dbms etc.
