Good Culture, Latest Technology development, Good Workforce
Pros – Product company, leaders in CAD, CAM domain also leaders in Media , having good softwares like AutoCAD, Maya and 3D studioMax
Cons – processes are worst
no opportunity for growth
driven by people who really want work in groups, third person hardly gets adjusted
Pros – Autodesk is the best place to start your career as an intern. It s a very good learning experience. All the people in the office are very modest and encouraging. They provide every intern with great support, guidance and motivation. The most important objective in this company is learning. And then applying the knowledge. Its the perfect way to start a new career into the IT industry. I don’t think it could get any better than this..!
Pros – Good brand name in specialized software space, strong profit margins. No formal career planning great place to work 10-4pm. I was a lawyer in Singapore and by having a career discussion witht he right contacts I became a senior sales leader in India- so lot of opportunities to do career growth, but you need to know the right people.
Cons – Very fragmented with too many silos with no clear lines of communication. The leadership in India & asia is incompetent and lack vision on transforming the company.
