The selection will be based on the merit in the written examination [70 marks],
track record [15 marks] and interview [15 marks]. Written examination is on
the following subjects / topics.
a] Written Examination:
1. School Administration - 10 marks
2. Academic supervision - 10 marks
3. Current issues in School Education - 15 marks
and administration [ RTE Act & RTI Act]
4. Child health management and Child Psychology - 10 marks
5. General studies - 15 marks
6. English Language & Communication skills - 10 marks.

b] Track Record: Maximum Marks 1. Experience as Head Master / Principal - 5 m [ if he/she is having more than 5 years of service / experience as Head Master / Principal, for every one year of experience above 5 years ½ mark is entitled subject to max. of 5marks] 2. Additional Qualifications - 3 m [Phd.-3 marks, MPhil-2 marks, if the candidate is having both Phd and M.Phil he/she entitled for 3 marks only] 3. Academic excellence in his subject - 3 m [Results in SSC / Inter public examinations.] a. 100% 1st Class results in last 2 consecutive years - 3 marks b. 95–99% results in last 2 consecutive years– 2 marks. c. 90-94% results in last 2 consecutive years – 1 mark. 4. Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications [PGDCA] - 2 m 5. Paper publication in reputed Journals [minimum of two paper publications] - 2 m ------------ Total - 15 m c] Interview - 15m _____________ Grand Total - 100 m
